Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
NodusGrid currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Time & Costs
Standard Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size, and the weight of your order. All shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Transit may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. NodusGrid is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipment, which will incur additional shipping fees.
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier deems a package undeliverable (e.g., inaccessible address, failed delivery attempts), it will be returned to our facility. We will notify you via email and discuss options, which may include a refund for the merchandise (minus original shipping costs) or re-shipment at the customer's expense.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number to file a claim. For assistance or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
